WE’RE HIRING: Inventory Controls Coordinator & Transportation Planner
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented professional to help manage inventory and coordinate shipments and deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Track incoming and outgoing stock and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules
• Communicate with warehouses, suppliers, and carriers
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery delays
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports
• Identify ways to improve inventory accuracy and delivery efficiency
Qualifications:
• Experience in inventory control, logistics, supply chain, transportation planning, or warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory or logistics software is a plus
