WE’RE HIRING: REMOTE ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR
Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator with hands-on U.S. commercial construction estimating experience? Join our team and work remotely while taking full ownership of the bid process for a growing U.S. electrical contractor!
Position: Electrical Construction Estimator
Work Arrangement: Remote / Work from Home
Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (40 hours/week)
Monthly Salary: ₱65,000 to ₱70,000
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a construction estimator in the electrical division (this is not an entry-level or trainee role)
• Hands-on experience with U.S. construction estimating processes and terminology
• Experience with commercial projects such as restaurants, retail stores, tenant finish-outs, and warehouses
• Accurate reading and interpretation of electrical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Esticom, Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel / Google Docs
• Strong written and verbal English, comfortable communicating directly with vendors and clients
• Able to work independently and produce bid packages that are nearly ready for final review
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, or other takeoff software is a plus
Responsibilities
• Review drawings and perform detailed electrical quantity takeoffs
• Compile complete and accurate bid packages
• Request and manage vendor quotes for materials and packages such as lighting and gear
• Reach out to customers to clarify project details, including owner-provided items
• Apply target profit margins to bids
• Follow up on submitted bids and track their status
• Create Loom videos and written SOPs for repetitive estimating tasks
• Support light back-office and administrative tasks when needed
