Main Responsibilities:
Own Google Search strategy and campaign performance
Monitor search terms and improve query quality
Manage tracking and investigate conversion issues
Review landing pages and recommend improvements
Use lead quality and CRM feedback to guide optimization
Monitor results and report on performance
Requirements:
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads lead-generation campaigns
Able to explain campaign results and the decisions behind them
Experience implementing or debugging conversion tracking
Familiarity with qualified-lead, booked-call, or sales feedback from a CRM
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership of results
