About the role
We're looking for a polished, proactive Marketing Associate to support programs, communications, stakeholder relationships, and marketing initiatives.
Remote | Part-Time | Eastern Time
What you'll be doing:
Developing and executing marketing strategies
Managing Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
Creating email campaigns and marketing materials
Supporting clients, students, and program participants
Coordinating registrations, onboarding, and engagement
Following up on billing, deposits & accounts receivable
Supporting recruiting and candidate coordination
Maintaining records, calendars, and documentation
Supporting leadership with strategic initiatives
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in marketing, engagement, events, client service, or business operations
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience with social media, email marketing & CRM systems
Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently with limited hand-holding
Eastern Time availability & responsiveness required
