WE'RE HIRING: GOOGLE ADS & PERFORMANCE MEDIA BUYER
Full-Time | Remote
We're looking for a Google Ads & Performance Media Buyer to manage and optimise paid campaigns across multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Google Ads: Search, PMax, Shopping, Display, YouTube & Demand Gen
Optimise campaigns for CPA, CPL, ROAS & revenue
Manage budgets, bidding, keywords, audiences, and ad creatives
Set up and troubleshoot GA4, Google Tag Manager & conversion tracking
Analyse attribution, campaign performance, and tracking accuracy
Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations
Requirements
Strong hands-on Google Ads experience
Advanced Search & PMax knowledge
Strong GA4 & GTM skills
Conversion tracking & attribution experience
Analytical and commercially minded
Able to manage multiple client accounts
Experience with Meta Ads, Shopify, HubSpot, Looker Studio, Merchant Center, TikTok Ads, or CRM attribution is a plus.
