About the role
We are looking for a talented and reliable full-time Video Editor to join a fast-growing company and help create engaging short-form video content.
The ideal candidate has strong editing skills, a good sense of timing and storytelling, and understands how to take a longer video and turn it into a short, engaging piece of content while still getting the main message across.

Responsibilities
Edit approximately 100 short-form videos per month.
Take 2–3 minutes of raw footage and condense it into engaging 30-second videos while maintaining the key message.
Edit short-form content for social media platforms.
Add appropriate sound effects, captions, music, and visual elements.
Use overlay images, B-roll, graphics, and other creative elements to make videos more engaging.
Ensure strong pacing, timing, and storytelling throughout each video.
Create engaging videos that are aligned with current social media content trends.
Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback.
Organize and manage video files and projects.
Meet deadlines and maintain a consistent output of high-quality content.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Video Editor, particularly with short-form social media content.
Strong editing skills and a good understanding of pacing, timing, and storytelling.
Experience using sound effects, captions, overlays, B-roll, and other creative editing techniques.
Ability to turn longer footage into concise, engaging videos.
Familiarity with current short-form video and social media trends.
Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong attention to detail and a good creative eye.
Able to receive feedback and make revisions efficiently.
Reliable, responsive, and able to consistently meet deadlines.
Good English communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple video projects.
