About the role
We are looking for a Remote Social Media Manager / Organic Traffic Manager to join our creator management team.
Your main responsibility will be to grow social media accounts and generate organic traffic toward our creator’s page.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts
- Generate organic traffic
- Create and publish engaging content
- Engage with the target audience
- Drive traffic through your unique tracking link
- Test different growth strategies
- Track and improve your results
Platforms may include Reddit, X, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and other relevant platforms.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. You will earn a percentage of the revenue generated through your unique tracking link. Your results and attributed revenue will be tracked.
Important:
You must have your own setup and the resources required to perform the job independently. We do not provide proxies, accounts, phone numbers, email accounts, software, or other tools.
We are initially working with one creator, with the possibility of expanding to additional creators based on performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management or organic traffic generation
- Your own tools and setup
- Ability to work independently
- Results-oriented mindset
- Experience in the creator management industry is a plus
