Dialed In is looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist VA to help grow a startup SaaS/app brand through organic social media.
This is not a canva or video editing role. We already have a dedicated Video Editor. Your role is to research, test, analyze, and help us identify what content and strategies can grow our audience and turn attention into users.
Salary: $4/hour
Schedule: 5 hours/day, Monday-Friday Eastern Time
Type: Part-time, long-term
Responsibilities:
Research social media growth strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads
Handle socials to grow followers, viewers, and engagement.
Find trending/relevant content, hooks, formats, and content inspiration
Collaborate with our Video Editor on concepts and angles to test
Review content performance and identify what is/isn't working
Recommend new tests based on actual results
Handle posting/scheduling and other assigned social media tasks
Community engagement and community seeding
Research competitors and successful brands in our space
Help improve reach, engagement, profile visits, clicks, and user acquisition
Maintain a simple weekly report of tests, results, and next actions
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience growing social media accounts, preferably for a startup, SaaS, mobile app, or consumer brand. You should understand short-form content strategy, hooks, organic growth, analytics, and testing, not just posting content.
