About the role
SmartScale360 is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding for our growing U.S.-based clients.
Schedule: U.S. Hours

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or sourcing experience
Strong English communication skills
Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and candidate interviews
Ability to manage multiple openings and deliver an excellent candidate experience
PREFERRED:
U.S. recruitment/staffing experience
LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar platforms
Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills

Intel i5 + 8GB RAM minimum
100 Mbps internet
Backup device, internet, and power source
