Are you an experienced HR or Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in customer service?
Step In Recruitment is looking for seasoned HR and Recruitment Consultants to join our team and support our growing recruitment operations in Sydney, Australia.
We're looking for professionals with hands-on recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage high-volume candidate enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
📞 Handle high-volume inbound calls and candidate enquiries.
👤 Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews.
📄 Review, assess, and shortlist resumes and CVs.
📝 Maintain accurate candidate records and complete data entry.
✅ Conduct candidate compliance checks and quality assurance.
📋 Provide recruitment administration and operational support.
🤝 Deliver professional, responsive, and positive customer service to candidates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking an experienced professional who has:
Proven experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in a Recruitment Consultant role.
Strong customer service experience, with the ability to handle high volumes of enquiries professionally.
Extensive experience in phone screening, interviewing, and resume assessment.
Confidence in managing high-volume inbound calls.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling candidate information.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Solid administrative and data-entry skills.
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment.
We are particularly interested in candidates with a solid background in recruitment, HR, and/or customer service who can confidently manage recruitment operations with minimal supervision.

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PHT)
