About the role
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher with a background in medical dispatching to join our remote team.
Responsibilities: Route scheduling — create and manage daily driver routes. Driver monitoring — track drivers from start to finish and report any misbehavior. Scheduling & rescheduling — adjust routes and schedules as needed. Patient questions — address inquiries and provide clear communication. Issue resolution — handle operational challenges quickly and effectively. Next-day planning — prepare routes for upcoming shifts.
Requirements: Medical dispatching experience (must-have). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
