About the role
You will be the front door of a US residential and commercial cleaning business: the person who answers the customer, books the job, keeps the cleaners informed, and follows up on every quote until it is booked or dead. This is a full-time seat on one dedicated account, the same role our Customer Success VAs already run for cleaning clients today.
Your work
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and lead follow-ups across phone, email and messaging
Own the customer journey from first contact through booking and service completion
Coordinate appointment scheduling and keep the booking calendar accurate, with no double-bookings
Keep the field team informed on job assignments, timing and changes
Do simple closing on inbound leads and chase every quote until it is booked
Keep the CRM or lead tracker current with status and next steps
General admin support and hiring coordination (posting, screening, scheduling interviews) as needed
Required Skills
At least 1 year of customer service or appointment setting for a US home-services or field-service business (cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pest control)
Clear, natural spoken English and real confidence on the phone
Organized under a full inbox and a busy calendar, nothing slips
Comfortable in a CRM or scheduling tool; the specific software is trained on the job
Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and backup power
How success is measured
Response time: inquiries and leads acknowledged promptly
Booking accuracy: appointments scheduled correctly, no double-bookings
Follow-up discipline: every lead and quote followed up per the client process
Field coordination: crews always know the job details and any changes
Weekly reporting: clear updates on inquiries, bookings and follow-ups
