We're looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter to join our growing remote team! If you have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do:
Source and screen qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring goals
Deliver a positive candidate experience
Stay active on camera in a virtual hangout during shift
What we're looking for:
At least 2 years of recruiting experience
Strong English communication skills
Confident in phone and video interviews
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and computer/laptop with camera
What we offer:
$4.50/hour
Full-time, remote work
US morning shift | Monday to Friday
Paid training
Pay: Php39,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
