A growing South Australian solar business needs an experienced operations coordinator to own field-service jobs from booking to sign-off.
If you can make quick, sound decisions when plans change and keep every system accurate, this role is for you.
In this role, you will:
Manage solar installation jobs from start to finish: schedule site visits, order the right equipment, and update job statuses in SimPro.
Keep records accurate across SimPro, Tradify, and HubSpot, and handle sudden changes like reschedules or supplier delays on your own.
