About the role
Open Role: Back-End Medical Admin, Insurance Verification & Billing Support
Focus: insurance benefits verification, payer calls, claims follow-up, denials, payment posting, patient collections, trackers, and billing-related admin support.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of U.S. healthcare admin or Medical VA experience
Experience with patient scheduling, intake, or insurance verification
eClinicalWorks/eCW experience required for this role
Comfortable calling insurance companies and using payer portals
Strong English communication skills and executive presence
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Comfortable speaking with patients professionally and empathetically
