About the role
Ushyft is looking for a highly skilled AI & Automation Virtual Assistant with international work experience and a strong background in AI tools, automation, and business systems.
⚠️ This is NOT a basic VA position.
We’re looking for someone who can think independently, solve problems, improve processes, and build systems that make businesses more efficient.
You’ll work closely with our team to streamline operations, manage day-to-day tasks, and create automations that reduce repetitive manual work and improve productivity.
🔎 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate has:
2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote role
Experience working with international clients or companies
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional experience using AI tools
Experience creating, managing, or improving automations and workflows
A continuous-improvement mindset with a strong interest in automation

You don’t need to know every tool listed above.
What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, solve problems, experiment with new technology, and build practical systems that deliver results.
🛠️ RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on your experience and skill set, you may be responsible for:
Managing administrative and operational tasks
Conducting research and gathering data
Managing emails and calendars
Creating, documenting, and maintaining SOPs
Managing CRM and other business systems
Building AI-assisted workflows
Automating repetitive tasks and processes
Connecting different software using automation platforms
Using AI to improve productivity and business processes
Testing new AI tools and identifying opportunities for improvement
Monitoring automated workflows and troubleshooting issues
Identifying repetitive manual tasks and recommending automation solutions
Salary: Competitive and based on experience, technical skills, and overall qualifications.
Candidates with strong experience in AI, automation, workflow development, APIs, CRM systems, and business process optimization may be offered a higher rate.
