About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Complete website QC reviews for accuracy, functionality, design consistency, and user experience
Review completed website edits against client requests to ensure all changes were implemented correctly
Identify, document, and communicate errors, issues, or missed revisions
Compile feedback and coordinate revisions with freelance website teams
Communicate with freelancers regarding QC findings and required corrections
Send client update emails when website edits have been completed and verified
Maintain high review standards and meet established deadlines
Experience & Proficiency:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is important
Excellent written English communication skills is important
Comfortable navigating websites and understanding website terminology
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
Experience in website review, quality assurance (QA), or website support is a strong plus
Basic understanding of web design best practices, including responsiveness, image optimization, site speed, and SEO fundamentals
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of providing clear, actionable feedback to internal teams and clients
