About the role
Immediate Hiring: Shopify Store Manager (Remote)\n10-20 hrs per week, Part-time\nFixed $1,400 - $2,000 per month, depending on experience\n\nFlown is a fast-growing DTC beauty brand (hair tools, for women 45+) running a single Shopify store on Shopify Markets. We need a hands-on store manager to make sure everything we decide to put on the site goes live correctly and on time - every sale, every new product, every test.\nThis is an execution role, not a strategy role. You'll take fully-briefed work from us and our agencies and ship it flawlessly: no offer running past its end date, no sold-out product still purchasable, no bundle that adds the wrong item to cart.\n\nWhat you'll own:\nBuild and schedule sales, discounts, and bundles in Shopify, and verify them end-to-end before launch\nExecute CRO tests in Intelligems from a brief, verify both variants work, confirm tracking fires\nLaunch new products across the whole site: product page, navigation, collections, Aftersell upsells, and every active market\nMaintain Aftersell post-purchase triggers as products and offers change\nMonitor stock accuracy, pricing, and market configuration; catch broken pages before customers do\nDuplicate and test theme and app changes before publishing - never edit the live theme directly\nBuild and maintain a launch checklist thorough enough that someone else could run a launch without you\n\nNot in scope: CRO strategy or test design, landing page builds, paid media, inventory purchasing, email or SMS.\n\nYou're a strong fit if you have:\nHands-on Shopify admin experience, ideally with Shopify Markets\nExperience with Intelligems or a similar A/B testing tool\nExperience with Aftersell or another post-purchase upsell app\nA track record of clean, on-time launches with a checklist or SOP mindset\n\nTo apply, tell us:\nA store you've managed and its scale (revenue or SKU count)\nYour experience with Intelligems (or similar) and Aftersell (or similar)\nYour availability in hours per week\n\nSend it to (Check How to Apply) along with your resume or portfolio.
