About the role
We are seeking a Part-Time Website Developer & Brand Partner to help build and launch ERE Care's professional online presence.
Schedule: Part-time, 10-20 hours per week. Long-term partnership potential.
Phase 1 — Website Build & Launch: Design and develop a professional, fully responsive website. Build core pages including Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Team, Careers, Testimonials, Service Areas, and Contact. Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and cross-browser compatibility. Implement contact forms, quote request forms, and lead capture systems. Configure foundational SEO elements. Integrate Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM systems, and scheduling tools.
Phase 2 — Ongoing Support & Optimization: Update website content as the company evolves. Monitor website performance, uptime, and security. Implement SEO improvements and maintain local search visibility. Provide monthly website performance and traffic reporting.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on website development experience. Proficiency with WordPress, Webflow, or a comparable CMS platform. Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile optimization. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Experience implementing on-page SEO best practices. Portfolio demonstrating completed website projects is required.
