We're looking for professionals with:
✅ 2+ years of professional VA experience
✅ 2+ years of experience working directly with international clients
✅ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
✅ Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
✅ Knowledge of automation, AI, and modern productivity tools
✅ A proactive, accountable, and results-driven mindset
Experience in one or more of these areas is a strong advantage:
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Customer Support
- Social Media Management
- Marketing & Content
- Operations & Project Coordination
- Bookkeeping & Finance
- Healthcare / Specialized Support
- Other professional business support functions
⚙️ AUTOMATION & AI SKILLS
We value professionals who know how to work smarter, improve processes, and leverage technology.
Experience with tools such as:
Zapier • Make • GoHighLevel • HubSpot • ClickUp • Asana • Monday.com • ChatGPT • CRM & workflow automation platforms
is a strong advantage.
💰 COMPENSATION
$5–$20 USD / HOUR
Your final hourly rate will depend on your experience, qualifications, specialized skills, and the requirements and budget of the client opportunity.
Rates may vary from one client opportunity to another.
