We're Rhino Squad! We work with US businesses across different industries, including real estate and construction, and we're growing our team of talented Virtual Assistants from the Philippines and Latin America.
We're looking for friendly, confident VAs who love being on the phone and enjoy connecting with people, building rapport, and turning conversations into opportunities. 💚
Primary Responsibilities (Phone & Lead Management):
✅ Making outbound cold calls and following up with leads
✅ Handling inbound calls
✅ Building rapport and qualifying leads
✅ Setting and confirming appointments
✅ Updating the CRM and tracking follow-ups
✅ Handling objections and following up with leads who aren’t ready yet
Additional Responsibilities (Depending on Client Needs):
➕ Scheduling and admin support
➕ Tracking projects and deals
➕ Coordinating social media and content
➕ Reporting and other CRM-related tasks
Don't know every CRM or dialer? No worries! We'll train you on the client's tools, processes, and scripts. What matters most is your confidence and communication skills on the phone.
Responsibilities may vary by client, and top performers may have opportunities to grow into a Closer role. 🚀
🕒 A Few Must-Haves:
✔️Previous experience in outbound calling, cold calling, appointment setting, or phone-based sales
✔️Strong spoken English, with clear pronunciation, natural conversation skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with US-based prospects.
✔️Confident initiating conversations, building rapport, and qualifying leads
✔️Comfortable handling objections, rejection, and consistent follow-ups
✔️Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing leads and CRM updates
✔️ Able to work the client’s required US business hours, which may include evening or overnight shifts depending on your location.
✔️ Reliable internet connection, a suitable work-from-home setup, and a quiet environment for calls.
✔️Able to manage call volume, follow established processes, and maintain accurate records while meeting agreed performance expectations.

💡 Real estate, wholesaling, or construction trades experience
💡 Experience working with US clients
💡 Experience with power dialers, lead pipelines, and appointment-setting KPIs
💡 Deal research, title abstracting, or reading court records
