About the role

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Prior professional experience working with a peptide or research-compound business is REQUIRED. Applicants must already have working knowledge of peptide products, terminology, and basic industry operations. This is not an entry-level peptide training position.
📌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and follow-ups via email or messaging platforms.
  • Assist with processing orders, checking order details, and tracking shipments.
  • Update customer records, product information, and basic inventory trackers.
  • Help organize product documentation, including COAs and labels.
  • Assist with scheduling and simple administrative tasks.
  • Follow established procedures and escalate concerns when needed.
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • MANDATORY: Previous work experience with a peptide or research-compound business.
  • Good understanding of peptide terminology, products, and customer inquiries.
  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or e-commerce support.
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress, or ShipStation is an advantage.
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and supporting a U.S.-based business.
