About the role
Are you confident and natural on camera? TruAssistant, a Canadian company, is hiring UGC Creators / On-Camera Talent in the Philippines to appear in short-form videos for North American brands, filmed at home with your own phone. This is an on-camera role, not video editing.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act and present on camera in short videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Film ads, testimonial-style videos, and product demos following each brand's brief or script
- Record at home in a quiet space with good lighting, using your own smartphone
- Re-shoot or adjust takes based on feedback
- Follow each brand's instructions and North American advertising rules, including honest claims and disclosure of paid content
PAY
- Per gig, not hourly: around $5-15 CAD per video, depending on requirements, plus bonuses
- Approx. PHP 220-660 per video (approximate; paid in CAD, so the PHP amount moves with the exchange rate)
- Video volume and terms are discussed in the interview
- Paid via Deel on the 1st and 15th
SCHEDULE
- Set your own hours. Film whenever suits you, as long as you meet the agreed deadlines
MUST HAVE
- Confident, natural, and expressive on camera
- Clear spoken English (B2 or higher)
- A quiet space at home with decent lighting
- A smartphone that shoots good-quality video, and stable internet to upload your videos
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience as a UGC creator, host, model, actor, or content creator
- Experience filming ads or product reviews for brands
