WE'RE HIRING! Trucking Insurance Virtual Assistant

Paladin Professional Insurance Solutions, a California-based insurance brokerage specializing in personal and commercial lines insurance and a partner company of RELSTONE, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trucking Insurance Virtual Assistant to support our commercial trucking insurance operations. Through our partnership with RELSTONE, a California-based professional education and licensing provider offering state-approved courses in real estate, insurance, and financial certification, we're committed to delivering professional services while providing valuable career growth and learning opportunities for our team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Assist with new business submissions, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing for commercial trucking insurance
Prepare Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy documents, and client correspondence
Review MC/DOT authority, applications, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
Communicate with insurance carriers, brokers, and clients regarding policy updates and requirements
Maintain accurate client records and update agency management systems
Follow up on pending documents, renewals, and outstanding requests
Provide administrative support to the insurance team while ensuring timely and accurate processing
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
Previous experience as a Trucking Insurance Virtual Assistant
Knowledge in commercial trucking, cargo, or motor carrier insurance policies
Knows the insurance processes, including quoting, endorsements, renewals, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
