NJT Consultancy is looking for a Virtual Assistant, TikTok Shop Community Manager/Moderator to support our TikTok Shop operations!
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Build and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers & affiliates
• Manage Discord and WhatsApp communities
• Coordinate collaborations, partnerships & paid campaigns
• Track influencer performance and key metrics
• Coordinate product samples, timelines & deliverables
• Keep communication and collaboration records organized
✨ What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1+ year of related experience
✔️ Experience in influencer or affiliate management
✔️ TikTok Shop experience is a plus
✔️ Strong communication & organizational skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple partnerships and follow-ups
✔️ Familiarity with TikTok trends, creators & social media engagement
🕐 Schedule: Full-time | 40 hours/week | PST
