About the role
We are looking for someone who can help two growing service brands (Lawnade Lawn Care and Cookies Christmas Lights) show up consistently online through social media content, video editing, storytelling, and organic growth.
Schedule: Part-time, around 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility to increase as the role grows. Bonus incentives available.
What You'll Do: Create and manage social media content. Edit short-form videos and occasional long-form videos. Write captions and simple scripts. Schedule posts consistently. Monitor comments and messages. Help come up with content ideas for brand awareness, engagement, recruiting, and lead generation. Track basic performance metrics. Help with SEO-focused content planning as the role grows.
Requirements: Experience managing business social media accounts. Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Experience with Facebook marketing and social media growth strategies. Ability to analyze basic performance metrics. Organized, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. Able to edit basic videos, short-form content, long-form content, and occasional more complex edits.
