HIRING: Social Media Video Editor & Content Creator
Full-time | Remote
We're looking for a creative Social Media Video Editor & Content Creator to turn provided videos and photos into engaging social media content for US and UK audiences.
Will prioritize those applications that include video samples, edited pics, or portfolios.
What you'll do:
Edit Reels, TikToks, Facebook videos & YouTube Shorts
Create photo carousels and static posts
Write engaging captions, hashtags & CTAs
Create content around Christmas, holiday displays, lighting, retail, hotels, leisure & shopping malls
Follow social media trends and develop engaging content ideas
Repurpose content and help improve reach, engagement & follower growth
Organize content and work with marketing teams on deadlines and revisions
Requirements:
Strong portfolio of short-form videos, carousels & social posts
Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Good understanding of social media trends, hooks and storytelling
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Organized and able to manage multiple content projects
Experience in retail, home decor, lighting, events, hospitality, or e-commerce is a plus.
Rate: starting at $6 - nego depends on exp
