About the role

Industry: Coaching, Financial Wellness & Business Advisory

We're looking for a creative, hands-on, and experienced Social Media VA to support content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create 4 posts/week + IG Stories on the other 3 days

Create carousels, reels, graphics, and promotional/adhoc content

Support ongoing content series and contribute ideas for content gaps

Maintain brand consistency while providing creative and strategic input

Prepare the monthly MailerLite newsletter

Handle occasional Wix updates and lead magnet execution

Review monthly analytics and help plan upcoming content

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong social media/content creation experience

Above-average English and excellent attention to detail

Sophisticated, elegant design aesthetic

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently

Able to follow client direction while contributing strategic and creative ideas

Experience with MailerLite and Wix preferred

SCHEDULE:

16 hours/week
