About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to create, organize, and publish content for Sundayable and its clients across healthcare, wellness, retail, and other local industries.
You'll use AI tools to create engaging visuals, short videos, captions, and content calendars. We value good judgment and authentic, engaging content, not just output produced by AI. Client-facing content must be approved before publication.
Responsibilities
- Content Planning: Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Content Creation: Create graphics, posts, short-form videos, and Reels using AI and creative tools.
- Copywriting: Write clear, engaging English captions and social media copy.
- Scheduling and Publishing: Schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube using Zernio.
- Quality Control: Review content for accuracy, visual quality, consistency, and brand fit.
- Content Management: Organize content and track approvals and publishing schedules.
- Performance and Research: Monitor content performance, research trends, and suggest improvements.
Tools and Training
Tools include Claude, Higgsfield, Zernio, and other creative and automation tools. Experience with every tool is not required. Training, subscriptions, and AI credits are provided.

- Some experience managing social media accounts or creating content.
- A good eye for design and engaging visual content.
- Natural, clear English writing and concise communication.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Initiative, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn AI tools and new workflows.
You don't need to meet every requirement. We value good judgment, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal English, a suitable computer, reliable internet, the ability to work independently, and some weekday overlap with the team during Pacific Time hours.

Hiring Process

3. Paid Trial: Complete a two-week paid trial. Compensation is prorated based on agreed hours and the monthly rate.
4. Longer-Term Contract: Successful candidates may be offered a longer-term remote contract.
