About the role

• Have previous experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, ecommerce content or a similar role
• Have hands-on experience managing content within an ecommerce platform
• Have experience working with product pages, collections, landing pages and promotional content
• Understand ecommerce customer journeys, conversion and online merchandising
• Have a commercial mindset and naturally look for ways to improve website performance
• Have a good understanding of SEO and an interest in GEO / AI Search
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Be comfortable managing multiple websites, campaigns and priorities
• Have excellent written and spoken English
• Be proactive, analytical and confident working independently
