About the role
We are looking for a sharp, proactive SEO Specialist who genuinely understands the art of digital growth, high-quality link building, and turning search traffic into actual business opportunities.
What You'll Do: Execute smarter outreach and take charge of off-page SEO strategies, finding premium guest posting and backlink opportunities. Build authentic relationships — craft personalized, peer-to-peer pitches that build real B2B connections. Prospect and qualify — use tools like Ahrefs and advanced search operators to find high-quality, relevant targets. Drive lead generation — align SEO and link-building efforts to support lead acquisition and brand authority.
Requirements: Proven experience in Off-Page SEO, link building, and targeted B2B outreach. Deep familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs is a huge plus) and prospecting workflows. Excellent communication skills. Self-starter mindset.
