About the role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for an outbound operation focused on the US market.
This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically looking for someone with extensive experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers and consistently generating qualified opportunities through outbound cold calling.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of cold calling / telesales experience
Strong B2B outbound calling experience
Proven experience calling US businesses
Excellent spoken English
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
Able to maintain consistent outbound calling activity throughout a 6-hour shift
Results-driven and comfortable working with daily performance targets
Reliable internet connection, professional headset and quiet working environment
