THE ROLE:
We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to support WrkSpot's North American sales team. The primary responsibility of the SDR is to take qualified MQLs, engage and qualify prospects, conduct initial discovery, and convert qualified leads into booked product demonstrations and sales opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Follow-Up: Contact MQLs and qualified leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Lead Qualification: Understand the prospect's property, current technology, operational challenges, and business needs to determine fit.
Discovery: Conduct initial conversations with hotel decision-makers and identify pain points and potential opportunities.
Demo Booking: Schedule qualified product demonstrations and ensure prospects are properly prepared for the meeting.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up with prospects who are interested but not yet ready for a demo.
CRM Management: Use Zoho CRM to update lead status, record calls and activities, document qualification details, and manage follow-ups.
Sales Handoff: Provide the sales team with clear notes on the prospect's needs, pain points, qualification, and next steps.
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records to support weekly reporting on leads reached, qualified leads, demos booked, and conversion rates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, inside sales, or lead qualification role.
Experience working with North American customers is preferred.
B2B SaaS, technology, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English with strong communication skills.
Confident handling phone conversations, objections, and follow-ups.
Strong ability to qualify leads and identify customer needs.
Experience using Zoho CRM or a similar CRM.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work night shifts in the Philippines to align with US business hours.
