About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Rebate Specialist to manage utility rebate applications for commercial LED lighting projects. You’ll review project details, organize documentation, submit applications, and follow up with utility rebate programs to ensure timely processing.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
• Administrative, customer service, accounting, or rebate processing experience preferred
• Experience with U.S. utility rebate programs or LED lighting is a plus
Philippine-based candidates are prioritized.
