We are looking for a motivated, professional Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Real Estate Cold Caller.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using approved lead lists.
- Identify motivated sellers interested in selling their properties.
- Ask questions about property condition, asking price, and selling timeline.
- Record conversations and lead information in Google Sheets.
- Schedule follow-up calls with interested sellers.
- Provide daily reports on calls, conversations, and qualified leads.
- Follow all applicable Do Not Call and telemarketing requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Clear and professional phone communication.
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
- Ability to work during agreed U.S. Eastern Time hours.
- Previous cold-calling experience preferred.
- Real estate experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and follow our training.
