### About Us
Nexus Capital Group is seeking a motivated Dispositions Support Specialist to help grow and organize our real estate investor and cash buyer network.
We are looking for someone familiar with real estate investing and wholesale property transactions.
### Responsibilities
- Research and identify active real estate cash buyers.
- Build and organize a verified cash buyer database.
- Research buyers' preferred locations, budgets, and property types.
- Collect and organize buyer qualification information.
- Maintain investor communication records.
- Schedule meetings and property walkthroughs.
- Coordinate buyer information with the acquisitions and transaction teams.
- Provide management with regular reports on buyer activity.
Contract marketing, brokerage negotiations, and regulated real estate services must be performed only by appropriately authorized professionals.
### Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of real estate wholesaling preferred.
- Experience researching cash buyers and investors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Google Sheets or CRM systems.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Availability during agreed U.S. Eastern Time hours.
### Compensation
We are exploring a starting 10% performance-based arrangement for legally eligible dispositions professionals, subject to licensing, contract, and legal review.
Administrative buyer research and coordination compensation will be agreed separately.
