About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record of managing 100+ apartment rental units. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in handling day-to-day property operations, tenants, maintenance, leasing, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of 100+ apartment rental units
Handle tenant communications, concerns, requests, and escalations
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and service providers
Manage leasing activities, applications, move-ins, and move-outs
Monitor rent payments, delinquencies, and tenant accounts
Coordinate property inspections and follow-ups
Maintain accurate property and tenant records
Track vacancies and support occupancy goals
Handle owner/client reporting and operational updates
Resolve tenant and property issues efficiently
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work
Requirements — Non-Negotiable
Proven experience managing 100+ apartment rental units
Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a similar multifamily property management role
Strong knowledge of rental property operations and tenant management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple properties, tenants, and issues simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Willing to work US timezone / graveyard shift
Nice to Have
Experience with U.S. multifamily/apartment properties
Experience with property management software
Leasing and tenant screening experience
Experience coordinating maintenance vendors and contractors
Knowledge of rent collection and property management reporting
