Medical Biller – DME/Wound Care

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Medical Biller with a background in DME billing, particularly Wound Care Part B supplies and skilled nursing facility (SNF) billing.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of medical billing processes, HCPCS and ICD-10 codes, and documentation requirements. Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs), particularly PCC-Matrix, is important. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to work independently.
Requirements
  • Previous medical billing experience, preferably in DME and Wound Care Part B supplies
  • Familiarity with SNF billing processes
  • Strong knowledge of HCPCS and ICD-10 codes
  • Experience working with EMRs, preferably PCC-Matrix
  • Understanding of billing documentation and compliance requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Experience with NikoHealth is a plus
