About us
Lakeside Investment Company owns and operates office, retail and mixed-use properties across the San Francisco Bay Area. Everything we do relies on AI models to get the work done, from property operations and accounting to multimillion-dollar sales. Our people direct the AI, check its work and keep pushing it further.
What you'll do
Property management: tenant requests, work orders, vendor bids and scheduling, inspections, permits and compliance.
Asset management: budgets, rent rolls, capital projects, reporting and investor updates.
Sales: due diligence, buyer and lender requests, escrow and closing on multimillion-dollar properties.
Leasing: supporting our brokerage and leasing teams with LOIs, lease paperwork and tenant move-ins.
Coordination: keeping accounting, vendors, attorneys and our on-site property managers moving together.
AI workflows: finding tasks AI can do faster and better, then building the workflow.
Who you are
Deep, hands-on AI experience. You use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini every day for real work, and you can show us what you've done with them. This is essential.
AI-first. On any task, your first question is how AI can do it faster and better.
Take-charge. You own outcomes, not just tasks, and you follow up until it's done.
Optimistic and can-do. When something is hard, you find a way.
Proactive. You see what needs doing and do it before anyone asks.
Clear written English, and comfortable working with tenants, vendors and brokers.
Reliable internet and work hours that overlap with our California team.
Property management, real estate or accounting experience is a plus, not a requirement, and so is AppFolio, QuickBooks or Asana. We'll teach you the business.
