About the role
We are looking for a polished and reliable healthcare communicator to support a growing U.S. chiropractic clinic. This is a phone-heavy role focused on patient calls, texts, voicemails, emails, scheduling, follow-ups, and patient retention.
Requirements: Excellent and confident English. Clear, easy-to-understand accent. Healthcare VA, medical receptionist, or front desk experience. Strong patient service and communication skills. Reliability, attention to detail, and good judgment.
Mandatory: Mac OS device. Wired internet / LAN. Flexible with assigned shift. Willing to work Saturdays if needed.
