About the role
HIRING: Part-time Lead Gen & Sales Assistant
Remote – Philippines | EST Hours | Immediate Start
Hours: 25-30 hours per week (must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday)
We're looking for a reliable, proactive, and experienced assistant to communicate with sellers of medical supplies.
PAY & GROWTH:
Training Pay: TBD on Initial interview (for 1–3 weeks, depending on progress)
After Training - Regular rate - TBD (after demonstrating proficiency)
Performance Review: 90 days after training and every 6 months thereafter
Future Raises: Based on reliability, attendance, accuracy, communication, productivity, and overall performance
Performance Bonuses: May be available based on results
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Message and follow up with leads on Facebook Marketplace & Instagram
Help close deals and respond to customers
Track leads in spreadsheets/CRM
Use ChatGPT for messaging
Communicate with your supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
Customer service and/or sales experience
Strong English communication skills
Reliable, organized, and responsive
At least 8 months to a year experience in BPOs PLUS 8 months experience working remotely in Sales or relevant roles in sales.
Computer specs at least core i5 with 8GB RAM 200+ HDD (or equivalent with this)
Windows 10+ computer, headset & webcam
100 Mbps+ stable internet
Reliable backup internet/hotspot
Backup power source (UPS, power station, generator, etc.)
Available to work EST hours
EXPERIENCE WITH THESE IS A PLUS:
Facebook Marketplace, Lead Generation, GoHighLevel CRM
SCHEDULES AVAILABLE:
VA #1: 9am to 5pm EST, Mon to Friday 8hrs x 5 days a week
VA#2: Mon to Friday 4pm-9pm EST = 4hrs a day for 5 days, Saturday 9am-6pm EST = 8hrs a day, Sunday 9am-9pm EST = 8hrs a day
