Type of Work: Full Time
Hours: Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM US Eastern (night shift, around 11 PM–7 AM PH time), 45-min unpaid lunch
Wage: Commission until your first closed deal, then $300/month base + 2.5% commission per deal
About Us
Viganta is a US real estate wholesaling company. We run an AI system that finds our leads, analyzes every property and works out the offers. You don't research or calculate anything. You call, you talk to people, and you find the owners who want to sell.
The Role
You'll call US homeowners who haven't listed their property for sale (off-market). Your job is to start a real conversation, find out whether they're open to selling and why, and book them with our Acquisition Closer. We're not looking for someone who reads a script like a robot. We want someone who can get people talking.
What You'll Do Every Day
Make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners from lists our system gives you
Open the call and keep the owner on the line past the first 30 seconds
Find out their situation: condition of the property, timeline, and reason for selling
Book qualified sellers onto the Acquisition Closer's calendar
Log every call and note in our system
Follow up with leads who said "not now"
Clock in and out daily on our system
What We're Looking For
Clear, confident spoken English with a friendly, natural tone
You take a "no" without getting rattled and move on to the next dial
You're coachable and actually use the feedback you get on call reviews
Reliable internet (25 Mbps+), backup power or internet, a noise-cancelling headset, and a quiet place to work
You can work the US Eastern schedule consistently
Pay Structure:
You start on commission only
After your first closed deal: $300/month base pay, every month, plus 2.5% commission on every deal you work
A deal counts as closed once the funds land with us
Monthly incentives on top when you hit team targets
