About the role

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. We are a marketing agency that helps solar, construction, and other home improvement businesses generate leads through Facebook and Instagram ads.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working in a Meta Ads agency and can confidently manage the entire process, from onboarding new clients and setting up campaigns to creating ads and optimising performance.
You will also be responsible for creating video ads, writing scripts and hooks, building landing pages, and setting up automations and appointment-setting bots in GoHighLevel.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. Experience with solar, construction, home improvement businesses, or UK clients is a plus.
You must be comfortable using Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel, CapCut, Claude, and ElevenLabs, and be available to start within one week.
