About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Amazon KDP and digital publishing.
The ideal candidate will support content creation, digital publishing, marketing funnels, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Amazon KDP and digital publishing activities
Create and repurpose content for eBooks, blogs, emails, and social media
Support marketing funnels, lead magnets, landing pages, and email nurture sequences
Assist with CRM and marketing automation using GoHighLevel or similar platforms
Publish and manage website, blog, and social media content
Create marketing materials using Canva
Support basic SEO and content optimization
Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed
qualifications
Experience as a Marketing VA, Content VA, or similar role
Hands-on experience with Amazon KDP and digital publishing
Experience with marketing funnels, email marketing, or lead generation
Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
Proficient in Canva
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
