ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Graphic Designer with a strong creative eye and an interest in AI and emerging design technologies.
You'll create graphics for digital campaigns, social media, e-commerce and other creative projects, working within established brand guidelines while developing your creative skills and taking on greater responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create graphics for digital campaigns, social media and e-commerce
Develop new designs from creative briefs and brand guidelines
Adapt, resize and localise existing designs for different platforms and markets
Work with imagery, typography, layouts and visual assets
Maintain brand consistency across creative materials
Prepare accurate final and editable artwork files
Use AI tools to support and enhance the creative design process
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and visual creativity
Good understanding of layout, typography, composition and colour
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience creating digital and social media graphics
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions
Creative, proactive and willing to learn
Experience with e-commerce, wellness or beauty brands is a plus
DESIRABLE:
Experience with branding or visual identity
Digital advertising / paid social creatives
AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly or similar
Experience with multilingual/localised creative
