VirtuLink Philippines is looking for a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Virtual Assistant to support a growing digital marketing agency. If you're highly experienced with GHL, automations, AI voice assistants, and marketing systems, we'd love to hear from you!
💼 Position: GoHighLevel (GHL) Virtual Assistant
💰 Salary: Php 13,000 – Php 15,000/month
🕒 Schedule: Part-time — 10 hours/week
Approximately 2 hours/day | Remote | Long-term opportunity
📅 Target Start Date: September 7, 2026
🔧 Key Responsibilities
•GoHighLevel (GHL)
•Set up and manage GHL sub-accounts
•Build and manage GHL workflows and automations
•Configure pipelines, funnels, forms, and related GHL systems
•Assist with CRM setup and optimization
•Troubleshoot and maintain existing automations
•Support client accounts and marketing system implementation
🤖 AI Voice Assistants
•Assist with the setup and implementation of AI voice assistants
•Configure and test AI-powered workflows
•Help optimize AI interactions and automations
•Troubleshoot issues with AI voice systems
📍 Google Business Profile (GBP)
•Assist with Google Business Profile optimization
•Work with the agency's GBP/AI tools to implement client •strategies
•Help maintain and improve local business profiles
🌐 Website & Digital Marketing Support
•Assist with website builds using GHL AI Studio
•Make updates and changes to client websites
•Support landing pages, funnels, and other marketing assets
•Assist with general digital marketing implementation as needed
⭐ What We're Looking For
Required:
•Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
•Excellent understanding of GHL automations and workflows
•Experience with AI voice assistants
•Experience setting up GHL sub-accounts
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks accurately
•Highly organized and detail-oriented
•Able to work independently with minimal supervision
•Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have:
•Experience with Google Business Profile optimization
•Experience with GHL AI Studio
•Website-building experience
•Experience working with AI marketing tools
•Digital marketing agency experience
