About the role
Clients come to us because they own GoHighLevel but do not have the time or the skill to work inside it. Some are agencies that resell HighLevel and need someone to do the hands-on work for their own customers. Others are business owners who want their account cleaned up, their follow-up automated and their campaigns sent on schedule. You will be the person who knows the platform better than they do.
At least 1 year of hands-on GoHighLevel work on real client accounts. Practice builds in your own sandbox do not count
Able to build a workflow from a plain-English request without following a tutorial
Working knowledge of funnels, forms, calendars, pipelines, custom fields and values, and the email and SMS builders
You understand what should happen to a lead between the form fill and the booked call
Clear written English, and comfortable explaining your work to a client on a video call
Careful with client data. You work only inside the sub-account access the client gives you
Reliable home setup: stable internet, a quiet place for calls, and a computer that runs our time tracker (Windows preferred)
Build and maintain workflows and automations: triggers, email and SMS sequences, lead follow-up, appointment reminders
Build and edit funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys and calendars
Schedule email campaigns and social posts, and draft emails for the client to approve
Keep pipelines, opportunities, tags and contact records clean and current
Audit an existing sub-account, find what is broken or duplicated, and fix the structure before adding anything new
Troubleshoot forms, triggers, notifications, calendar sync and integrations
Reply to leads in the Conversations inbox and book appointments when the client asks for that support
Write short setup notes or record a Loom so the client understands what you built
Send a weekly summary of what you completed and what comes next
