Cold Caller - Proven Experience Required

We are looking for full-time remote Cold Callers to reach prospects in the New York market. This role will handle high-volume outbound calls, introduce our products and services, handle objections, and qualify leads or set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persistent, and comfortable holding natural conversations with New Yorkers while speaking clear, neutral American English.
Requirements:
- Proven cold calling experience (minimum [1-2] years) - required
- Clear, neutral, easy-to-understand spoken American English - required
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills - excellent to native-level
- Strong listening, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills
- Able to stay positive and persistent through rejection
- Comfortable using CRM and dialer tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Five9, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision
- Able to learn new products and processes with only light training
- Prior experience cold calling the New York market is strongly preferred
Schedule:
- Full-time remote position
- EST schedule
- Must be consistently available during scheduled working hours
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace required
