MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
01 / At least 1 year of hands-on mortgage closing experience
02 / Practical experience using Encompass
03 / Hands-on experience preparing the Initial Closing Disclosure (Initial CD)
04 / Ability to issue and deliver the Initial CD independently
