About the role
Role Overview
This is a large-scale project role focused on understanding exactly how the Client runs day-to-day, then reverse-engineering that knowledge into accurate Claude frameworks and prompts. The Claude Consultant will split their time between the team, with ultimate ownership of ensuring SOPs are followed correctly, inefficiencies are identified and fixed, and the team is upskilled to work effectively within the new systems. This role carries accountability for outcomes across the project, not just delivery of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Process Mapping
● Meet with the EA and every member of the team to understand each step of how the business actually operates.
● Document current workflows, tools, and hand-off points across the business.
● Identify where documented SOPs and real day-to-day practice diverge.
Claude Setup & Prompt Engineering
● Reverse-engineer frameworks and prompts based on the business's real processes, not assumptions.
● Configure and test Claude so it accurately reflects how the business operates.
● Continuously refine frameworks and prompts as processes evolve or gaps are found.
SOP Adherence & Accountability
● Audit whether SOPs are being followed correctly across the team.
● Identify "leaky buckets" — inefficiencies, breakdowns, or gaps in process — and fix them.
● Own accountability for outcomes across the project, reporting progress directly to the director.
Team Upskilling
● Train and upskill the team on new or refined processes and how to work effectively with Claude.
● Act as the go-to point of contact for process and Claude-related questions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
● Split time between working hands-on with the team and working directly with the director to align on priorities and outcomes.
